Who we help

For the people carrying the next stage of growth.

Coaching works best when the stakes are real and the person is ready to act. These are the situations we know well.
  • Founders building their next stage

You built the company by doing everything. Now the business needs you to decide more and do less, and that shift rarely happens on its own.

    Founder Growth Coaching
  • Leaders growing into greater responsibility

A bigger remit brings harder decisions, more visibility and fewer people to ask. Coaching gives you a place to think before you act.

    Executive Leadership Coaching
  • Teams seeking clarity and alignment

Talented teams still stall when priorities compete. We help leadership groups agree what matters and own it together.

Three ways to work together.

Each program has a clear shape, a defined length and outcomes we agree up front. We will recommend the right fit on your discovery call.

12 weeks

Founder Growth Coaching

A 12-week engagement for founders whose company has outgrown the way they work. We sort the signal from the noise, hand off what should not sit with you, and build an operating rhythm you can keep.

Who it’s for
Founders and owner-operators of companies with roughly 10–150 people
Format
75-minute sessions every two weeks, plus short async check-ins in between

Key outcomes

  • A one-page set of priorities for the next two quarters
  • A delegation map showing what you keep, hand off or stop
  • A weekly operating rhythm for decisions and reviews
  • Clear ownership for the three most important outcomes
6 months

Executive Leadership Coaching

A six-month partnership for executives stepping into wider responsibility. We work on how you decide, how you communicate under pressure, and how you lead people who used to be your peers.

Who it’s for
Executives, senior managers and newly promoted leaders
Format
Monthly 90-minute sessions with optional stakeholder interviews

Key outcomes

  • A clear decision framework for high-stakes calls
  • Sharper, more concise communication with boards and teams
  • A development plan grounded in stakeholder feedback
  • Greater confidence leading through ambiguity
8 weeks

Team Alignment Intensive

A focused workshop and follow-up program for leadership teams that are busy but not aligned. We agree what matters most, who owns it, and how the team will hold itself accountable.

Who it’s for
Leadership and management teams of 4–12 people
Format
One full-day workshop, then three follow-up sessions over eight weeks

Key outcomes

  • Shared strategic priorities the whole team can repeat
  • Named owners and measures for each priority
  • Agreed meeting cadence and decision rights
  • A simple accountability review the team runs itself

How coaching works

A simple framework, applied with care.

Every engagement follows the same four steps. The rhythm stays consistent; the content is entirely yours.
  1. Step 1: Diagnose

We start with structured conversations and light pre-work to understand the business, your role and what is really in the way.

  2. Step 2: Prioritize

Together we narrow the list to the few outcomes that matter most this season, and decide what to stop, delay or hand off.

  3. Step 3: Execute

Sessions turn priorities into weekly commitments. Between sessions you act, test and notice what changes.

  4. Step 4: Refine

We review what worked, adjust the plan and build the habits that keep progress going after coaching ends.

Alex Morgan

Alex Morgan works with founders, executives and leadership teams at the point where what got them here will not get them further.

Before coaching, Alex spent years in operating roles inside growing companies: building teams, running planning cycles and sitting in the meetings where priorities were won or lost. That experience shapes a practical style. Sessions are about the decisions in front of you this month, not abstract models.

Alex believes most leaders already know more than they act on. The work is to create enough clarity, structure and honest challenge that good intentions turn into consistent action.

  • Clarity before speed
  • Fewer priorities, finished
  • Decisions close to the work
  • Leadership is learned in practice

Every week brought new escalations. Senior hires were waiting for sign-off, the roadmap kept moving, and the founder had no time left for strategy or investors.
Illustrative outcome
Within the 12 weeks, the leadership team took on most routine approvals, and the founder protected two mornings a week for strategic work.

Team Alignment Intensive

One plan instead of five priorities lists

Illustrative outcome
The partners agreed one plan with three shared priorities, cut their standing meetings in half, and now use a monthly review the team runs without a facilitator.

Demo testimonials: fictional quotes for layout purposes only.

“I came in wanting a better to-do list and left with a different job description. The sessions forced me to decide what only I should be doing, and then actually let go of the rest.”
